In collaboration with the local church, educators, STEM and construction professionals, and advocates for diversity, we prepare school-age children (starting at age 10) and teenagers from underserved areas for future careers in STEM and construction.

We achieve this through innovative programming and strong industry partnerships.

We bought a 40-foot metro bus to:​

• Transform it into a mobile STEM Lab and Makerspace, partnering with local schools to engage young participants.

• Educate and train teens in designing and engineering software and computing systems for careers in the clean energy sector.

• Empower them to gain equity in their software portfolio.

• Establish earn-and-learn programs for students to earn income while still in high school, helping support their families.

• Offer middle-skill STEM job opportunities to at-risk students and high school dropouts to provide an alternative to engaging in illegal activities.
